Maintenance Technician
This position's primary function will be to carry out the servicing and maintenance of all Resorts West properties. This includes monitoring of usage by guests and owners. This person will act as an interface on occasion between Resorts West, Property Services Department, and their guests and owners. He or she must have a personal vehicle to provide transportation. (Uniform dress is required by the position).
| Requirements | He or she should possess the personal skills necessary to represent Resorts West in a professional manner whenever interfacing with guests, owners and industry peers. Basic organizational skills are required which will allow him or her to effectively record and catalogue documents on work performed. He or she should possess a basic working knowledge of audio/visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance repair including but not limited to HVAC systems, radiant heating systems, and boiler systems. |
