Reservations Agent
The primary responsibility of a Reservations Agent is to assist guest, travel agents and wholesalers with all aspects surrounding the booking of lodging. He or she takes the results of marketing and produces it into bookings by accurately representing Resorts West. This person will respond to all inquiries either by phone or email to clientele.
| Requirements | He or she will posses the skills necessary to represent Resorts West in a professional manner whenever interfacing with guests, owners and industry peers. Computer skills will include working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Rental Network Software is a plus.
