Office Manager
This position’s main function is to coordinate all office staffing and function, while acting as a Human Resources Representative for the company. He or she will assist the General Manager in enforcing company policies & procedures and become an interface with employees regarding any and all human resource issues.
| Requirements | He or she must possess the personal skills necessary to represent Resorts West in a professional manner whenever interfacing with guests, owners and industry peers. Excellent typing and computer skills are required which will allow him or her to efficiently communicate with guests, owners, industry peers and fellow employees. Computer skills will include working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Rental Network Software, and Outlook. He or she should possess comprehensive knowledge of the local resort lodging and property management industry as well as understanding of each position and relative roles that exists at Resorts West. Position requires excellent phone etiquette skills, and an ability to delegate responsibilities. Human Resources experience preferred. |
