As Park City's leader in providing a luxury mountain lodging experience, Resorts West fulfilled its vision of creating the ultimate alpine residence in late 2007 with the Ski Dream Home, a project completed in partnership with SKI magazine and Deer Valley Resort. SKI chose Resorts West to exclusively develop and manage the first-of-its-kind Dream Home atop Deer Valley Resort’s Little Baldy Peak in the exclusive gated community of Deer Crest. At nearly 8,000 feet elevation, the ski-in/ski-out home boasts stunning views and cutting edge amenities, including a Full Swing golf simulator, grand theatre room, plasma screen TVs and two climate controlled wine cellars.
