This exclusive and complimentary service guarantees that each guest will receive personalized attention and celebrity treatment while staying at a Resorts West property.

Once a guest finalizes a Resorts West reservation, they will be contacted by their assigned Private Concierge who will assist in planning and arranging trip details, including transportation arrangements, dining reservations, grocery delivery, and daily activities. By taking advantage of the Concierge service, guests ensure that their vacation will be hassle and worry free.
In addition to arranging details prior to the trip, when guests check-in they will be met and personally escorted to their property by the Private Concierge, who will also give guests a private tour of their accommodations upon arrival.
