John Duncan

National Accounts Manager

John grew up in Utah and learned to ski when he was 12. He now enjoys skiing with his wife and 2 daughters. When he is not hitting the slopes or working hard he loves listening to music and going to concerts. Earlier this year he took his 13 year old daughter to the Van’s Warped Tour and he swears he was the oldest guy there. John has been working at Resorts West the past 3 years and loves it because he thinks people that work in the ski industry are fun-loving. If you are in search of a good sales movie John suggests Glengarry Glen Ross because “coffee is for closers”.

Alanna Garton

Reservations Manager

Alanna spent her early years in Southern California before moving to Park City at age 16 where she attended Park City High School. Even though she likes the winters, Alanna’s favorite time in Park City is the summer. She loves to be outside playing with her 7 year old son. Alanna has been with Resorts West for the past 4 years and loves helping guests enjoy the area as much as she does.

Julie Ervin

Julie has had the pleasure of living in Utah her whole life. She grew up in the Salt Lake Valley and moved to Park City 20 years ago. Her entire family has lived in Utah since it was settled by the pioneers over 160 years ago! Julie continues this rich family heritage to be close to her 5 children and 7 grandchildren. She also loves the breathtaking scenery, the changing of 4 seasons and being able to easily enjoy outdoor activities - especially camping.  Julie has been with Resorts West for 2 years.

Erin Gittinger

The 08/09 season will be Erin’s first winter with Resorts West. She grew up in Cincinnati Ohio then attended Hocking College in Southeast Ohio and transferred to Garrett College in Maryland. She graduated with a degree in Natural Resources and Wildlife. Erin moved to Utah in 2007 not only for the world class skiing but also to explore the diverse canyons, mountains and forests that make Utah so beautiful.

Will Marquez

Will considers himself a reservations master and a snowboard journeyman. He is originally from Wisconsin but moved from Arizona to Utah in 2006. In addition to working at Resorts West for the past 2 years, Will is also a snowboard instructor at Park City Mountain Resort. Will loves living in the Park City area because of the easy accesses to all of our mountain activities. Will enjoys being outdoors as well as traveling.

Erin Talley

Erin is a Utah native, growing up in Provo and now attending the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. She did however call London home while studying there for 3 months. Now Erin spends most of her time not only going to school but also working 2 jobs! Erin loves living in the area because of the mountains and the great biking trails they provide. Erin has been a member of the Resorts West team for just under 1 year.
