Sophia was outstanding in every way. As a private concierge, she is organized and has wonderful hospitality skills. She is absolutely the best and because of her, I can and will highly recommend Resorts West.

The place was beautiful, the ski in/ski out set up and the ski lockers were so convenient, and the common areas were great for pool and a cup of tea! We appreciate your efforts in making our stay so special - from the great reservations service, to the humidifiers that Brianna dropped off, to the ski tickets.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Sophia regarding our recent trip to America. I had been working with Sophia since September planning a trip for my boss and his friends. My boss is a world traveler who has experienced high quality service at the finest locations, but has never vacationed in America. I am proud to say that Sophia has topped his list. She has exceeded our expectations with her vast knowledge, efficiency and wonderful personality.

I wanted my boss to have a worry-free, stress-free trip and I had my doubts before I started to make plans. However, as soon as I contacted Sophia and conversed with her, I knew I was in the best of hands. She put my doubts to rest and took all of the weight of planning a trip off of my shoulders.

Nothing was too complicated to handle or out of reach. Sophia response was always, "No problem!" Also, with her polish background, she was able to translate and effectively communicate information. Sophia too such great care of the group and showed them a fantastic time. My boss, who expects nothing but the best, was so impressed by Sophia's calm demeanor and quiet determination. She really is at the top of her game.
