Once you submit the reservation request, a representative of Resorts West will contact you to confirm your request, or to discuss any questions regarding your request. The transportation charges will be applied to your reservation, unless other arrangements have been made with us.
 
Pickup times are scheduled on the hour and will be scheduled at least 2 hours prior to flight time. We require that you confirm your departure 24 hours prior to departure due to flight changes and weather/road conditions.
 
Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival in order to avoid being charged the full amount.
